ECM focuses on medical case management, with focus on workplace injuries. We accept field case management referrals from the Mid-Atlantic states and telephonic case management referrals from all 50 states.

Additional service lines include medical management solutions (MMS), catastrophic case management, telehealth,  and nurse consultant services.

Upon receipt of a referral, our case managers begin the assessment process and develop a case management plan that facilitates a timely, safe return to work. Throughout medical treatment, the case manager coordinates care and provides ongoing updates to the referral source and employer.

Dedicated case managers are available for assignment to your company in order to provide continuity of care and eliminate the challenge of working with multiple case managers.

Our customers include insurers, self-insured employers, employers, third party administrators and attorneys.
