Taking case management to new heights
ECM is based on a team work approach—collaborating with the injured worker, employer, medical provider and claims representative.
No two referrals are approached in the same manner. A case may be referred for full field case management services or for a single task assignment. ECM will tailor our case management to the level of service you designate.
Case managers will consult with medical providers to address diagnosis, causation of work injury, treatment plan, underlying/pre-existing conditions and targets for return to work. Evidence-based treatment guidelines are discussed with medical providers.
Following all appointments, case managers communicate appointment information to claim representative and employer within 24 hours. Critical events and complications are discussed immediately with all parties to assist in claim management.
